“A healthy mind is a healthy body”. The School has programmes for the physical fitness of all students. Regular games periods, twice a week, are a part of the school schedule. The students have opportunities to play

Sports Days are always a gala affair.
Yoga and karate are extra curricular activities available from Std.I onwards.
A separate playground provides outdoor play opportunity for the younger children.
